微型真空泵的参数中,常提到的有“真空度”、“抽气速率”等等概念。

  所谓真空,是指在给定的空间内,压力低于101325Pa的气体状态。在真空状态下,气体的稀薄程度通常用气体的压力值来表示,显然,该压力值越小则表示气体越稀薄。

工业上有各种各样的真空泵,对于各种泵的性能都有规定的测试方法来检验,主要参数有:

1、极限真空(通常称为真空度):将真空泵与检测容器相连,放入待测的气体后,进行长时间连续抽气,当容器内的气体压力不再下降而维持某一定值时,此压力称为泵的极限真空。该值越小则表明越接近理论真空。

普通真空表测得的真空值(即:表压)为相对真空度,用负数表示,是指被测气体压力与大气压的差值。

2、抽气速率:在真空泵的吸气口处,单位时间内流过的气体体积。

传统工业用真空泵体积普遍很大,而且泵的工作需要特殊的真空泵油和润滑机油,介质气体内会含有大量油雾。

随着仪器仪表工业的发展以及人们对环保的要求,各国的微型无油真空泵应运而生,普遍有以下规律: 泵的价格和真空度指标密切相关。

真空度指标是各国生产商努力追求的主要指标,它反应了相应的机械加工、密封技术、材料科学等领域的整体实力,也是生产商获取利润的重要手段。要提高真空度指标,就必须有更高的密封条件,因此就需要采用尺寸更精确、材料性能更优异的零部件,于是生产成本就大幅度提高了。而且价格的增幅远远大于真空度指标的增幅。当然,抽气速率的提高也会引起价格的攀升,但其增幅不大。因此,选择微型真空泵时需要认真考虑真空度指标、抽气速率指标、自己的使用情况等,这样才能较好地兼顾使用性能和成本  。

Among the parameters of micro vacuum pump, the concepts of "vacuum degree", "pumping rate" and so on are often mentioned.

The so-called vacuum refers to the gas state with pressure lower than 101325pa in a given space. In vacuum, the rarefied degree of gas is usually expressed by the pressure value of gas. Obviously, the smaller the pressure value is, the thinner the gas is.

The vacuum value (i.e. gauge pressure) measured by ordinary vacuum meter is the relative vacuum degree, which is expressed by negative number and refers to the difference between the measured gas pressure and atmospheric pressure.

2. Pumping rate: the volume of gas flowing through the suction port of the vacuum pump in unit time.

The volume of traditional industrial vacuum pump is generally large, and the work of the pump needs special vacuum pump oil and lubricating oil, and the medium gas will contain a lot of oil mist.

With the development of instrument industry and people's requirements for environmental protection, micro oil-free vacuum pump emerges as the times require. There are generally the following rules: the price of the pump is closely related to the vacuum index.

Vacuum index is the main index pursued by manufacturers all over the world.
